AGM 2025

AGM 2025 has been rescheduled to Sunday, March 2 at The Junction from 11:30 am to 1:30(ish) pm. Refreshments will be served.
As with every year, we will take this opportunity to receive annual reports and vote on club matters, including the election of the new board. In addition, the announcement of the Al Ingram Award will occur. Nominations for the Al Ingram award are now open and can be submitted from the link above at the bottom of the page (you need to be logged into your account to do so!)
On any matters that require a vote, including the election of our next board, only members in good standing may vote, provided they have joined prior to December 2, 2024 (90 days) or a previous member must have renewed their membership prior to January 31, 2024 (30 days).
